Karriererelaterte mål
Jeg utdannet meg inne kunstfag, og til slutt som animatør fordi jeg har et mål om å kunne leve av å tegne.
Tegning er mitt hoveduttrykk, enten i form av illustrasjoner, tegneserier , portretter eller animasjoner. Jeg ønsker å utøve tegning som håndverk, men også å føre det inn på nye arenaer hvor det ikke har vært vanlig tidligere.
Jeg lager tegneseriemanus og filmmanus som jeg tegner selv, og jobber også på oppdrag.
For framtiden ønsker jeg å bli innvolvert i større samarbeidsprosjekter innen film eller annet billedlig uttrykk.
Praktisk erfaring
2011-12: Hovedanimatør på dokumentar/tegnefilm (kortfilm: 12 min) for Kajsa Næss på Mikrofilm Studio i Oslo
2011: Separatutstilling på Galleri Bogen i Stokke. Grafiske trykk, tegninger, malerier og foto med vev
2011: Animasjon til musikkvideoen "Hun lignet på en som var pen"av Lars Matin Myhre
2011: Vignett for TV Vestfold, og et program som heter "De som slår av lyset"
2010:Tegnet animasjon for Annette Saugestad Helland på barnefilmen hennes "Superpappa og Pelé", som har blitt vist på NRKs barneTV
2010: Oppdrag for Østsamisk Museum i Neiden om å animere en kort film som skal gå i loop, og være en del av den faste utstillingen. I muséet brukes fem språk. Animasjon ble derfor valgt for å formidle den skoltesamiske samfunnsoppbyggingen på en ordløs måte
2010: Påskeuka: Kurs i animasjon for alle 7. klassingene i Kautokeino. Filmen ble siden vist på Den Samiske Filmfestivalen i slutten av påsken.
2008: Oppdrag for Dag Roland med å tegne sjøfugler for preproduksjon til en evt TV-serie kalt "Fugleøya"
2005-2006: Tegnet portretter og avisillustrasjoner for Peikestokken, Næravisa og Dokumentarfilmfestival- avisa (Volda)
2004: Avgangsutstilling i Torshov- teateret. Illustrasjon (bok), og tegning. Etter dette har jeg hatt et ikke ubetydelig salg av egne tegninger, og grafiske trykk.
Utmerkelser
2010 og 2011: "Saiva":
-Filmkritikernes Pris og Filmforbundets Fagpris i Kortfilmfestivalen i Grimstad.
-kåret til beste kunstfilm i Asolo, Italia
-2. prisen på Corto Moak, Italia
-prisen for beste animasjon i FICMEC, Beirut (Libanon)
-hederlig omtale under Nordisk Panorama, Bergen og under Aubagne International Filmfestival, Frankrike
-pris for beste animasjon, Mediawave, Ungarn
2008: Sølv i Visueltkonkurransen for tegneserien "Trygg som melk"
1987: 2. plass i Dagbladets tegnekonkurranse (oppgave: å tegne kong Olav)

Carreer-related goals
I educated within the profession of art, and in the end as an animator, with the goal in mind to make a living of my drawing.
Drawing is my mainexpression, either as illustrations, comics, portraits or animations.
I wish to practice drawing as a handcraft, but also to lead it into arenaes where it has'nt been common earlier.
I make filmmanus and comicmanus which I draw myself, and I also take commissions.
For the future I wish to be involved in larger cooperationprojects within film or other pictoral expressions.
Practical experience
2011-12: Lead-animator on documentary/cartoon (shortfilm:12 min) for Kajsa Næss at Mikrofilm Studio in Oslo
2011: Separate exhibition at Bogen Gallery in Stokke. Graphic prints, drawings, paintings and photos with vowen texture
2011: Animation for the musicvideo "She looked like someone nice" by Lars Martin Myhre
2011: Vignette for the local TV: "Those who turns off the light"
2010:Drawing animations for Annette Saugestad Helland on her childrenfilm "Superdad and Pelé". It has been screened at Childrens TV at NRK
2010: Commision for the Eastern Sami Museum in Neiden to make a short film who shall be shown on a loop as part of the steady exhibition. The museum operates with five languages. Animation was therefore chosen as a way without words, to tell about the structure of the community of the samies in that area.
2010: Easter: Animation workshop for all the 7thgrade children in Kautokeino. The film was shown at The Sami Filmfestival afterwords.
2008: Commission for Dag Roland to make drawings of seabirds for a preproduction on a possible TV-serie under the name "Rock All".
2005-2006: Drew portraits an illustrations for the studentnewspaper, and Documentaryfilmfestival-paper in Volda
2004: Graduation exhibition at the theater Torshov (Oslo) with illustrations (book), and drawings. After this I have had a not inconciderable sale of own drawings and graphic prints.
Distinctions

- The Film Critical Award and The Norwegian Film Accosiations Tecnical Award at Grimstad Shortfilmfestival
- proclaimed as the best film on art in Asolo, Italia
